Parasite Director Bong Joon Ho Wears J.M.M For VANITY FAIR Oscars Edition

Parasite Filmmaker Bong Joon Ho won four Oscars for one film in one night, which make the 92nd Academy Awards seemed like the Bong Joon Ho show. This officially Oscar Winner was on the Oscars Edition of “VANITY FAIR” recently and we noticed that Starck Eyes SH9901 was not on his face. The replacement is a model named Borodino, under Jacques Marie Mage, a designer eyewear brand produced with premier quality, handcrafted in Japan. He actually looks more like a star with this pair of Jacques Marie Mage. The Borodino is inspired by the Battle of Borodino, fought during Napoleon’s invasion of Russia. The fighting involved around 250,000 troops and left at least 70,000 casualties, making Borodino the deadliest day of the Napoleonic Wars. When recalling the frail and brutal human nature that are depicted in the Parasite, can you not agree that the Borodino shares shadows with the Parasite in certain extent? And therefore, the Borodino sounds like the best choice for Bong.

J.M.M has always been highly recognizable with its unparalleled exquisite structure and design. Borodino is not an exception. It is a powerful rectangular frame with high vintage volume details and titanium side shields, featuring precious metal hardware on a 10mm block, cured cellulose acetate frame.
