With the newly launched KRAFTIES concept, the brand elevates acetate into an entirely new artistic realm. The collection draws its inspiration from the kiln-cast glasswork of Japanese artist Minami Ikeya. Infused with frosted textures, rich chromatic layers, and the softened essence of pebble erosion, these creations inject a unique artistic DNA into the eyewear.

In terms of craftsmanship, the KRAFTIES collection cleverly adapts Minami Ikeya’s iconic collage methods and rounded finishes, giving the frame edges a natural and fluid rhythm, as though they were hand-carved. This delicate, imperfect texture is, in fact, the result of the brand’s ultra-high-precision execution and artisanal expertise. Combined with translucent acetate, it allows light to pass freely through the frame to create a beautiful diffuse effect. To enrich the visual layers, the brand deliberately chose a distinct color and degree of transparency for the hinges compared to the front frame, creating a refined interplay of light and subtle gloss.
The color expression draws directly from the essence of glass pigments, rendering subtle gradients with effortless grace. Crystalline fronts transition seamlessly into opal and contrasting hinges, while the temples sweep toward the tips with an interplay between opaque density and delicate crystal details. Warm, tactile, and visually soothing, each frame becomes a living object you instinctively want to hold, touch, and contemplate. The complete series features four distinct shapes—oval, octagon, square, and round—with each style offered in six curated colorways.
