REY and HIDEO KOJIMA are renowned for their independent spirit and unique creative approach in their respective fields. Through this new collection, they combine their talent and expertise to interpret an avant-garde aesthetic vision with neo-retro influences. With its innovative design and timeless elegance, this collection transcends the boundaries between video games and fashion.
This new collection was designed by the J.F. REY design studio, under the artistic direction of HIDEO KOJIMA. ICONICS, CARBON INSIDE, and POLARIZED: it offers 7 unique models, suitable for optics, sunglasses and gaming. These creation combine KOJIMA’s futuristic and technological world to J.F. REY’S elegance and craftsmanship. They reflect HIDEO KOJIMA’s well-known perfectionism, his love for technology and attention to detail, which are omnipresent in his work.

ICONICS
The ICONICS range consists of three models. These unique creations feature HIDEO KOJIMA iconic design. They seamlessly combine aesthetics, highquality materials, and ergonomic comfort, embodying the distinctive style and innovation that characterize the designer. Each frame is designed to meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. The design of HKxJF04 and HKxJF05 combines sophisticated acetate colors with exceptional titanium and stainlesssteel components. Elegant and technological, they reveal subtle light effects on the front, thanks to the combination of acetate and laser-cut metal featuring HIDEO KOJIMA’s signature. This exclusive detail, designed for fans of the Japanese creator, is complemented by a metal insert with the KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS design on the end-tips. Each temple comes with a quilted titanium Flex designed to adjust naturally to the wearer’s face.
HKxJF10 stands out for its innovative construction in stainless-steel and acetate, enriched by the emblematic codes of HIDEO KOJIMA’s universe. In continuity with previous collaborations, the design of the temples is inspired by the LUDENS MASK, a collector’s piece from the latest collection.
▲ GAMING lenses benefit from all the advantages of this material in terms of visual clarity, shock resistance and scratch resistance. Combined with a yellow tint, they filter out 100% of the ultraviolet spectrum. By blocking blue light from screens, GAMING lenses improve visual comfort during long gaming sessions. The yellow tint enhances the contrast of color and relief. It improves image perception in low-light scenes, enabling gamers to be more responsive.
CARBON INSIDE
These two models (HKxJF06 and HKxJF07) of CARBON INSIDE collection are characterized by their signature J.F. REY construction in acetate and carbon fibers: an innovative design that meets the finest aesthetic with high-quality materials. Thanks to the exclusive multimaterial technology of J.F. REY’s CARBON CORE collection, the frames offer the very best in terms of style, lightness and resistance. These frames combine the elegant and sophisticated aesthetics of carbon with functional excellence. Their temples are fitted with a chromed Flex for added strength and optimum comfort.
The artistic universe of HIDEO KOJIMA enriches the design with a KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS signature on the temples and sophisticated prints such as matte black, the blue/black camo pattern, marble, or granite effect acetate, perfectly harmonizing with the subtle textured renderings of carbon.
POLARIZED
This range reinterprets the solar clip-on frames, now iconic in the HIDEO KOJIMA X J.F. REY collections. It consists of two optical models in acetate, distinguished by their Flip-Up aluminum solar clip, available in black or grey depending on the model. The clip is specifically designed to perfectly fit the frames, reshaping their look to make it an original, modern, and easy to wear accessory. Fully removable and articulated, it is equipped with polarized lenses for the most intense glare conditions. The original style of the frames blends retro elements with contemporary design, using stylistic references from the characteristic graphic universe of HIDEO KOJIMA: stylized jungle patterns, camouflage effect, crystal blue, and brushed black.
